Searching for a competent English-speaking webmaster can be a daunting task, especially if searching the Internet without a personal recommendation from a friend. I discovered Computer Geek's website, liked what I read, and contacted Rich. He promptly responded. A phone interview was set up and pertinent questions were asked regarding the assignment. The hourly fee was agreed upon. By my estimation it would take only a few hours to complete the task. Rich assigned Justin as my webmaster, and I couldn't be more pleased with his expertise, professionalism and friendly demeanor. The work was completed to my full satisfaction, on time and on budget. Rich Agnew and his crew at Computer Geek are great to work with. We switched hosting companies a couple of weeks ago and contacted Rich about transferring all our files to the new hosting company. The transfer was successful and smooth. I thought it would take at least a week or longer for the transfer, but Rich was able to complete it in less than 24 hours. Several years back I was informed by a client that they couldn't access my website. After countless days I was able to get a call back from my hosting and web page design company. The company got it back up but the content of the site was messed up. After weeks of no response, I contacted Computer Geek on a Sunday to leave a message for a return call on Monday. 10 minutes later to my surprise I had a return phone call from Rich at the Geek. By the following day my website was back to normal. As soon as I could I had the Geeks do my hosting and have recently had them build me a new website. Rich and his crew have been very professional, have always answered any questions I have had and are priced reasonably. No one would help, they wanted to rebuild the entire website for thousands of dollars, their estimate of costs was so unreasonable we were just going to shut down the website, we felt we could not trust anyone because of what seemed to us was smoke and mirrors, and a lack of follow-up on calling us back.
