I've built and managed my websites for several years but recently reached a point where my website was running so slowly that I had no idea where to turn. I discovered the Computer Geek website and took a chance of trusting the other great reviews there. I met Rich through the chat service on the site and he was very responsive. Within an hour of him having access to my site, he was working on the problem. He improved my site speed and identified the next steps I would need to improve the speed substantially. I highly recommend this service! Quick response, knowledgeable, reasonable rates, and available on an as-needed basis (no contract). I now have a "computer guy"! Thanks, Rich!

What started out as a shot in the dark in picking a web programmer ended up being a bull’s-eye when I found Rich at The Computer Geek. He understood my MySQL/database project from the start. Rich was also up-front about pricing (very affordable) and what the costs would allow for. As the project evolved, he stayed in good communication about its progress and suggested alternative solutions when needed to remain within the original budget. Honest, knowledgeable, accessible and professional. I’ll be back for my programming needs and would recommend them to others.

I had a band website that relied on an old media player that eventually became obsolete when support for it was dropped. I had designed it myself, and in doing so I had a very specific way I wanted our music page to look and work, and in searching around for a fix I found that other web services were more interested in their own vision - rather than following the one I had in mind. I felt instinctively that my website was in much better hands when I found Rich, and he and his team at Computer Geek were terrific and patient, following my notes outlining the various areas throughout my site that needed attention, especially the music player which now works great! Professional. Prompt. Thorough. Friendly. Fair Pricing. I recommend them highly!

You guys are the best! Your work is impeccable and work ethic outstanding. I contacted two other website designers for a quote who never even bothered to respond. You came in way ahead of schedule and on a weekend yet. I will absolutely be contacting you again for all of my website development needs.

Rich saved my life!!! I was hacked and Rich saved me. It was a terrible experience, as is always the case when you deal with some pointless, yet malevolent malware created by some greasy faced kid living in his grandmothers basement. My host immediately took my site down, and was trying to charge me $500 to clean it so it can be opened again. Bull$#*!. Rich did it for much cheaper and also stuck around after the fact, helping really polish it off, making sure my site had regenerated into its fresh immunity. All in all, I don't know what I would do without his help. My entire business is my site. He had it up and running the same day of the hack. Five star service for sure!!! Highly recommended.
