There I was on a Saturday morning, left coast of the USA (nobody works on Saturday on the left coast). I look at my 24/7 website and find I have been off-line since yesterday. No customers, no money, no fun.
I called my trusty webmaster and and found that he was not available, out of town, no cell phone. What's worse , he was the one who had , accidentally knocked my website out of commission.
What to do? I went online and found a bazillion companies that said they could help. Wich one should I pick. So, do to a well placed google-adword ad, I chose Rich and the Geeks. Called him (he was there on a Saturday) and took a chance. But not until I read his Testimonial page.
The accolades were all true. they fixed my problem quickly and for a fair price.
I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a band website that relied on an old media player that eventually became obsolete when support for it was dropped. I had designed it myself, and in doing so I had a very specific way I wanted our music page to look and work, and in searching around for a fix I found that other web services were more interested in their own vision - rather than following the one I had in mind. I felt instinctively that my website was in much better hands when I found Rich, and he and his team at Computer Geek were terrific and patient, following my notes outlining the various areas throughout my site that needed attention, especially the music player which now works great! Professional. Prompt. Thorough. Friendly. Fair Pricing. I recommend them highly!

"We have been an internet retailer for 10 years and have dealt with many web developers, SEO's, etc. Recently we contacted Rich and his crew for some issues with our OS Commerce site. Rich IMMEDIATELY got to work and produced what we asked for and more! That was 6 months ago and since then we have come to Computer Geek for additional projects (large and small) and the results have been the same..... excellent! If I could say one word that would describe this company, it would be 'EXCELLENCE' Thanks guys"

The Computer Geeks have helped our Web site thrive without the payroll of a full time Web maintenance staff member. They are courteous, quick, and divide time on quarterly hours since some of our web work is short and quick. Design is done by Anna for us, and she has been creatively impressive. We start out monthly with newscast Banner Ads, and we have appreciated her abilities to get our Banner Ads created in a timely fashion, even if we are late to get it to her.
On a more daily basis we get to work with Justin, and I've appreciated his abilities to get the jobs done quickly and easily, and I especially like working with the same person each time, so he knows how we work, and knows our expectations. He is friendly, willing and is personable to my entire staff here at the Radio Stations. I would recommend the Computer Geeks based on their outstanding work on our growing Website LakePowellLife.com, without the full time Web person, and all that goes with that.

"Thank you so much for your prompt attention to resolving the issues with my website. I had talked to several companies before choosing yours and am very happy with my decision. Your staff gave me an accurate estimate and did not try to upsell me on any products I did not need. The communication and attention to detail was excellent. I feel very comfortable with your organization and will recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you for all your assistance now and in the future."
